Business Start-up Programme

Under the program, an experienced business mentor is assigned to support and assist the company in any and every way possible, whilst being a "business friend" to the owner / MD. The Business Start-up Programme gives expert guidance in the critical start-up period including:

  • A start-up health check to clarify what you already have in place and what is required
  • A one page business plan to crystallise the client’s thoughts and develop a realistic strategy
  • An executive available via a telephone hot-line to discuss issues
  • A virtual board of directors to advise and assist in a hands-on capacity
  • An optional Business Service Package consisting of a range of low cost essentials to get your business up and running quickly, such as:
    • Business Cards & other stationery
    • Internet domain registration and other IT services
    • Web-site hosting
    • Web-site Development
    • Phone and fax services
    • Virtual or real office space at minimum cost
